Subj: [Matoaka] Change of Mind

Matoaka shifted as if feeling uncomfortable and passes her hand on her bald
head.

Plan:
After hearing Ehrich, Matoaka decided not to paint her face, for now, but
she still will change her clothes as planned.  If she already painted
herself, she will wash off at the end of the council.
