Subj: [Cixi] Battle movements

Confident that actions are being taken around her, Cixi heads back towards
Toyoda's men and begins to help ready the catapult.

When commotion ensues along the shores, Cixi is suddenly frozen where she
stands.  A glazed look passes over her face.  As people pass her to either
join in the fighting or get a better view, they swept carelessly by Cixi;
but, Cixi doesn't move, doesn't stop staring out towards where the fighting
takes place.
